StreamLapel stores the information you provide to operate profiles, campaign requests, placement bookings, fulfillment and delivery review. This notice describes how we handle that information.
Pilot correspondence
Pilot inquiries are handled through placemint-operator@agentmail.to using AgentMail. We retain contact details and correspondence to assess and coordinate the pilot. Do not send credentials or payment card details. Contact that address to request access, correction or deletion. No private shipping details are needed until an agreement is ready. The website also retains the account and inquiry features described below.
What we keep
Your account name and email, profile and channel information, campaign briefs, placement previews and delivery evidence. If you send an inquiry without an account, we keep your contact details, idea, optional budget and selected creators so the team can respond. Shipping addresses and connected-channel credentials are encrypted. Passwords are handled by the authentication service and are not stored as plain text.
Local campaign plan
The campaign builder can keep artwork previews, selections and design state in your browser’s local storage so you can resume your plan. This local plan is not sent to a creator until you submit a real campaign request.
Who can see it
Only reviewed, published placements and their preview images are public. Your team and the authorized operations team can access booking information needed to coordinate delivery. A brand does not receive your shipping address. Approved fulfillment partners receive the delivery details needed to send your kit.
Video and AI analysis
Video sampling happens on your device. Up to six still frames are uploaded to private storage. If you choose AI analysis and explicitly consent, those frames are sent to Anthropic (directly or through OpenRouter) to suggest placement areas. You can place the area yourself instead. Explicit-context previews currently use the manual workflow.
AI placement concepts
Previously generated creator scenes have been removed from the public pilot. If an approved private placement-concept workflow is used, the selected image, brand text and optional uploaded logo are sent to Google through OpenRouter to make the concept. Your result is stored privately and may be reused for an identical request from your account. Rendering does not publish your artwork or confirm a collaboration. The creator approves the final creative before a campaign runs.
Connected services
Twitch and Kick connections use their official authorization flows when configured. OnlyFans and other manual profile links do not provide authenticated account access. We never ask for social-account passwords or subscriber cookies. Disconnect a channel in your profile settings to remove stored credentials.
Storage and access
Application data and media are hosted on Cloudflare. Session cookies keep you signed in. We do not run advertising trackers in the app. Private media is accessed through permission-checked application routes.
Your choices
You control which previews you submit for publication. You can update your profile and delivery address, or disconnect a channel, in your studio. You can clear locally stored campaign plan data through your browser. Request an account export or deletion through the StreamLapel coordinator handling your inquiry or booking.
